Norwell Planning Board backs Jett Foundation retreat center. The board voted unanimously to recommend approval of the Jett Foundation's proposal to develop property at 390/390B Circuit Street as an educational retreat center with maximum 10 staff (6 daily), 32 parking spaces, and cabin accommodations. Conditions emphasized screening, night-sky-compliant lighting, and construction-phase mitigation.
The facility will operate three-quarters of the year and is estimated to generate 20 daily vehicle trips, with a Zoning Board of Appeals hearing scheduled for July 15.
