Norwell Board of Assessors interviews for Principal Assessor post. The board convened at 4:05 PM with Board members Mary Granville, James Koehler, and Chair Maureen Clarke, with Principal Assessor Lane Partridge present. Clarke called the meeting to order; Granville moved to adjourn to executive session to interview for the Principal Assessor post and discuss exemptions, abatements, and ATB cases, with Koehler seconding.
The motion passed unanimously. The open session was suspended at 4:06 PM and resumed at 6:16 PM, after which Partridge reported on abatement applications and upcoming inspections. The board signed the Chapter Forestry Plan for 111 Circuit Street and tentatively scheduled the next meeting for April 1st or 15th, pending email approval.
