Norwell Commission on Disabilities funds Library of Things collection. The commission voted to purchase Alzheimer's Store games and puzzles totaling $143.83 plus a portable magnifier for $18.99 to add to the library's accessible-items collection. For fiscal year 2026-27, the commission receives $2,000; chair Kristen proposed allocating up to $1,000 for accessibility services at Norwell High School play.
The commission also discussed accessibility problems at Grove Street intersection, which lacks audible signals and countdown timers, requires pushing three lights to cross, and provides only a four-second walk signal.
