Norwell Community Housing Trust examines Norwell House site for affordable housing development. Members discussed feasibility and costs for converting the property with potential nonprofit partnerships. Chair Gregg McBride will contact SAIL in Scituate and Detwiler regarding whether the trust continues pursuing the site.
The trust approved June payroll of $792.90 and paid Fitzgerald Construction $625 toward the Norwell House estimate.
