NORWELL — The Community Preservation Committee approves $209k in summer preservation vouchers. Meeting remotely on August 5, the committee processed expenditures totaling approximately $209,000 for town projects, with $135,504 allocated to ACK Marine and General Contracting for boardwalk rehabilitation. Additional significant expenses included $28,875 in combined Woodworth Improvements payments, $15,765 to Colonial Stone for First Parish Cemetery work, and $11,496 to Iaria Brothers Electrical for Norwell Common rehabilitation.
The committee scheduled its next meetings for September 21 and October 19, and set October 9 as the deadline for FY28 project applications.
