NORWELL — Government Study Commission delays debut to 2027 Annual Town Meeting. All five members present, David DeCoste, Becky Freed, Arthur Joseph, Marybeth Shea, and Karl Swenson, voted unanimously to extend the timeline, citing insufficient time before this year's warrant close and town meeting. Chair Shea will request a February 25 appearance before the Select Board to explain the revised goals.
The next commission meeting is set for February 12.
