All five members present, the commission unanimously approved its agenda and voted four to zero, with one abstention, to accept prior minutes. Chair Marybeth Shea reported that the commission is monitoring Select Board activity regarding reformation of the By-Law Review Committee and discussing potential warrant articles if a fall or winter special town meeting is held.
Members were assigned research and drafting homework on voting requirements, home rule Charter procedures, and a sample warrant article based on replacing the Advisory Board Nominating Committee.
