Norwell records 10 deed transfers in past month, half with sale price undisclosed

Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded 10 Norwell property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only five disclosed a sale price, ranging from $500 to $950 with a median of $730. The top disclosed sale was 147 Forest St. at $950, followed by 17 Old Meeting House Lane at $901. One buyer was a limited liability company, Trigoss Homes LLC, and one transfer was a trust-to-trust conveyance within the same family with no address or price listed. With half the period's transactions carrying no disclosed price, the available data does not support a clear read on overall market tone.
