Norwell recorded 10 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, nine with sale prices ranging from $500,000 to $1.75 million and a median of $950,000. The month's top sale was 11 Hoop Pole Ln, which went for $1,750,000 on July 31, with William and Elizabeth Crowley buying from John F. and Jennifer A. Geraghty. A 10th transfer, involving the Cleveland family trust, carried only nominal consideration and was not counted among market sales. Prices split roughly evenly between the $500,000-to-$1-million and over-$1-million tiers, with no single street or neighborhood accounting for multiple sales, based solely on the recorded data.
