The month's top transaction was 5 Harbor Ln, which sold for $2,399,000 on Aug. 21 to Colleen M. D. and Philip J. Somich, as trustees, from seller ALR Homes LLC. Four other transfers recorded nominal consideration rather than market prices, several involving family trusts. With priced sales spread across town and no repeat streets, the data shows a modest, evenly distributed pace of activity rather than concentration in any one neighborhood.
