Norwell Sales Recorded in Late July Show Few Disclosed Prices

Norwell recorded eight property deeds between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only three disclosed a sale price, ranging from $835 to $895 with a median of $850. The top disclosed sale was 270 Lincoln Street at $895 on July 16. Three of the five undisclosed-price transfers appear to involve family members or related trusts, including at 271 Pine Street and 79 Norwell Avenue. With most prices undisclosed and no prior-period data for comparison, the available figures do not establish whether the local market was more or less active than usual this period.
