NORWELL — Planning Board appoints Merrill peer reviewer for Stetson Woods. The Norwell Planning Board voted 3-0 on July 29 to assign Merrill as the peer review engineer for the Stetson Woods Village development, with Board Member Brendan Sullivan recusing himself. Chair Brian Greenberg emphasized that the applicant understood Sullivan's necessary recusal from future votes.
In routine business, the board approved invoices for transcription and office equipment and unanimously endorsed a $2,914.59 escrow refund to Jett Foundation, with Planner Nicholas Giaquinto noting the funds would support peer review work on other town projects. Giaquinto also reported submitting a grant application for Complete Streets funding.
