Norwell Planning Board approved a $23,740 peer review contract with Merrill Engineering for Stetson Woods Village. Chair Brian Greenberg moved the contract with Board Members Stephen Durm, Steve Bjorklund, and Donald Shute voting in favor; Board Member Brendan Sullivan recused. The scope includes 36 site inspections every four weeks and after major weather events, plus construction plan review and stormwater analysis.
The Board also unanimously released a $16,029 surety from the Turner's Way subdivision to the estate of David Lee Turner, which had been held since the 1980s without any claims made against it.
