Norwell Records Ten Property Transfers, Most Sale Prices Still Pending
Ten properties in Norwell changed hands between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records, but only two of the transactions carried a recorded sale price as of this writing; the rest are expected to post in the coming days. The two priced sales were 379 Main St. for $970 and 66 Brantwood Rd. for $258, putting the recorded range at $258 to $970 and the median at $614. Hall Drive and Main Street each saw two transfers this period, and five of the 10 deeds involved matching surnames or a trust between grantor and grantee. With most prices still pending, the available data does not show a clear market direction.
