Ten Norwell Properties Sold in September, Most Prices Still Pending
Ten properties sold in Norwell between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only two of those transactions had a recorded sale price by press time: $258 for 66 Brantwood Road and $970 for 379 Main Street, the period's priciest recorded sale, bought by Robert Louis and Courtney Cormier from John R. and Donna M. Dalferro. The remaining eight sales show price not yet available, consistent with the registry's typical posting lag rather than any withholding. Four of the 10 transfers moved property within the same family or into or out of a trust. With pricing data this thin, the month's broader market tone cannot yet be characterized.
