Norwell Sees 10 Property Transfers Recorded, Most Sale Prices Still Pending
Norwell recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only three carried a sale price so far: $600, $950 and $990, for a median of $950 among priced sales. The remaining seven, including deeds on Holly Berry Trail, Mount Blue Street and Harbor Lane, await pricing that typically reaches the registry within about a week. The period's top recorded sale was 4 Pleasant St. at $990. Several transfers moved property within the same family or into a trust for the same owner. With most prices still pending, the data available so far does not support a read on overall market direction.
