NORWELL -- Seven properties changed hands with recorded prices in Norwell between June 19 and July 18, topped by a $2,075,000 sale on Fords Crossing, while four additional transfers recorded only nominal consideration and are not counted as market sales.

TOP SALES

The highest-priced transaction was 37 Fords Crossing, which sold for $2,075,000 on June 23. The sellers were Kurt G. Gustafson Tr. and Alicia C. Gustafson Tr.; the buyers were Simon and Emma Hogg.

The second-highest sale was 3 Brattle Rd, which sold for $1,850,000 on June 23. Paul Lynch and Megan K. Lynch sold the property to Gregory P. Bonomo Tr. and Casey C. Bonomo Tr.

The third-highest sale was 225 Old Oaken Bucket Rd, which sold for $1,200,000 on July 1. John E. and Christina M. Shortall sold to John P. and Shannon L. Canavan.

Rounding out the top five: 11 Duncan Dr sold for $696,000 on June 30, with sellers Randy L. and Josefina Baclayon Salvador and buyers Michael P. Gould and Naomi S. Elzner. And 165 Summer St sold for $650,000 on June 26, with Adams Equity Partners LLC as seller and Homerise Builders LLC as buyer.
